Cutting Clover Blend

A blend of large and medium leaved clovers specially created for mixtures that will be predominantly cut.

  • 60% - Medium / Large White Clover
  • 40% - Medium White Clover

- An excellent medium to large variety. Violin has good yields throughout the season coupled with good persistence under light defoliation.
IONA - A very high yielding medium leaved White Clover. It has excellent ground cover after hard defoliation in autumn. Excellent yield in third harvest year.
CHIEFTAIN - A medium leaved White Clover, high yielding in both harvest years of trials with good autumn ground cover under light defoliation. High yielding in the spring and autumn in the second harvest year.
AVOCA - A medium leaved White Clover with very high yields in the 2nd and 3rd years of production. Avoca has excellent early season growth.
GALWAY - A small leaved variety excellent under hard grazing. Very good spring growth in second and third years. A very adaptable variety under differing conditions.
